The purpose of Strengthen the Harmony™ is to help people live RICH lives filled with Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Happiness. Judy Whalen developed Strengthen the Harmony as an outgrowth of her work guiding businesses and nonprofit organizations through strategic thinking and planning to align their growth plan with their core values. After watching the amazing progress these organizations made, Judy decided to apply that knowledge and process to help individuals and families experience similar results.

Judy Whalen is the Founder & CEO of the Center for Strategic Change. The Center for Strategic Change is a consulting firm that helps organizations and individuals think and act in ways that enable them to be more innovative, effective, and collaborative. The firm helps clients achieve strategic change by specializing in strategy, market research and communications.
Judy launched the Center for Strategic Change in 1992. Its clients include both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Clients include health care providers, educational organizations, service businesses, foundations, government agencies, manufacturing companies, and chambers of commerce. It offers the online courses, Accelerate Your Business Growth Using Strategic Planning: A Simple Seven -Step Process™, "Strengthen the Harmony between Your LIfe, Family, and Work™, and an online Governance Series: Building the High Performance Board of Directors™ . Judy also works directly with clients on strategy development, strategic planning, and Board of Directors governance workshops.
Why Me?
As Judy worked with clients, she observed that even though the clients were experts in their fields, other aspects of their life impacted their performance, energy and health. So, she created the Strengthen the Harmony Between Your Life, Family, and Work program to help clients align their core values across their personal and work life.
Her goal is to help individuals, families, and teens live RICH lives filled with Respect, Integrity, Caring and Happiness.
She offers an online course and conducts live workshops that Strengthen the Harmony Between Your Life, Family, and Work™ and has produced a book Shoplifting IS Stealing!™ (on Amazon) that teaches kids and parents the consequences of shoplifting.
